  • Second fill with 1800b

  • The fill was prematurely OP dumped before loosing teh cryogenic condition of the LHC

  • A sensor on the QURQA P8 is broken. Experts need an access to P8 service area (cryo zone in UX85). The repair will require opening the QURC and take ~3-4 hours. Afterwards, they expect at least 8h for the recovery.

  • During the filling, test with orbit bumps in P4 to check the effect on the BBQ tune measurements. With a -500um bump, a tune shift of 5e-3 was observed. The effect was much smaller for a positive bump.

  • At the start of the ramp, losses at TCLA.D6R7.B1 above 50\% of the dump threshold. The power loss peaked at about 1.5kW.
